Terms & Conditions Silly Goose Recordings Last Updated: March 2026
Welcome to the flock. By visiting https://sillygooserecordings.com/ or making any purchase (physical apparel or digital music downloads), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t, please exit the site and maybe come back when you’re ready. We’re chill, but the rules keep the chaos beautiful.
1. Who We Are “Silly Goose Recordings,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means the indie label and online store for Sundara Heart. All music, artwork, and designs are owned or exclusively licensed by Sundara Heart / Silly Goose Recordings. Santa Fe, New Mexico, USA is home base.
2. What You’re Buying
Premium Apparel & Merch: Tees, hoodies, and limited drops. These are physical goods.
Digital Music Downloads: MP3/WAV files, albums, or EPs sold directly or via our Bandcamp integration. You are purchasing a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only — not the song itself.
3. Ordering & Payment You must be 18+ or have parental consent. All prices are in USD and include any listed taxes at checkout. We accept major credit cards and whatever payment processors we have live (currently powered by Shopify/Bandcamp — subject to their own rules). Orders are final once placed. We’ll send you a confirmation email. If something goes wrong on our end, we’ll fix it — no questions.
4. Shipping (Apparel Only)
Domestic (US): Usually ships in 3–7 business days.
International: Expect 10–21 days + possible customs fees (you pay those). We’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers, holidays, or geese in the mailroom. Tracking is provided when available. Lost packages? We’ll work with the carrier to sort it.
5. Digital Downloads Once the file is in your inbox or Bandcamp library, it’s yours to keep forever (personal use only). No refunds or cancellations after download access is granted — this is standard for digital goods because the moment you click “download,” the geese can’t un-lay the egg. If the file is corrupted, we’ll re-send it immediately.
6. Returns & Refunds (Apparel Only) 30-day window from delivery.
Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
Return shipping is on you (unless the item is defective — then we cover it).
Refunds issued to original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return. Digital items and sale/clearance merch are non-returnable. Limited-edition drops are final sale — when they’re gone, they’re gone.
7. Intellectual Property & Licensing Everything on this site — music, lyrics, artwork, logos, photos, AI-assisted creations — is copyrighted and belongs to Sundara Heart / Silly Goose Recordings. You may: • Listen and enjoy • Wear the merch proudly You may not: • Re-sell, re-distribute, sample for commercial use, or upload to other platforms without written permission • Use our name or likeness to promote anything that isn’t officially us
We love when the flock shares clips on socials (tag us!), but commercial use requires a conversation.
8. Prohibited Stuff No using the site to: • Harass other geese • Try to scrape our music or designs • Claim you made the tracks or merch • Violate any law (we’re indie, not anarchists)
We reserve the right to cancel accounts or orders if you’re being a jerk.
9. Limitation of Liability We’re humans (and one very creative goose) making art. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profits, bad moods, existential crises, etc.). Our total liability won’t exceed the amount you paid us for the specific item in question.
10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict of laws. Any disputes go to the courts in Santa Fe County. (We’d rather just talk it out over a track, but rules are rules.)
11. Changes to These Terms We can update these whenever the music evolves. We’ll post the new date at the top. Continuing to use the site or buy stuff after changes means you accept them. Pro tip: check back every once in a while.
